• Accuracy Declaration: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Response to a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

• Review the claim to ensure it meets DMCA requirements.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.

Counter-Notification Process

If the user believes the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notification. This must include:

• Identification of the material removed: and its location before removal.
• Good Faith Declaration: A statement under penalty of perjury that the user believes the material was removed due to an error.
• Contact Information: The user’s full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
